Thank you for visiting and shopping at Epic Wall Art Ltd. This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your orders, estimated timelines, and related conditions.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in materials, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer standard UK delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, or another tracked courier service.
- Estimated delivery time within the UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to courier or weather conditions — we’ll notify you if that occurs.
3. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us at hello@epicwallart.co.uk before purchasing to confirm availability and cost.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices shown on our website include UK taxes. For international orders, any additional customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@epicwallart.co.uk with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to correct any errors.
9. Click & Collect / Local Pickup (if applicable)
If local pickup becomes available, customers will be notified at checkout and by email when their order is ready for collection from:
