We want you to love your wall art! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If more than 14 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom products (including custom prints, text, or sizes)
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty or damaged.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your card issuer — processing times can vary.
  3. If still unresolved, email us at hello@epicwallart.co.uk.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items can only be refunded if faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email hello@epicwallart.co.uk and return your item to:

Returns Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
