Post-Purchase Help

We want every Epic Wall Art customer to feel confident and supported — even after your order has arrived. Below you’ll find all the information you need about order tracking, returns, and customer support.


Order Tracking

Once your artwork has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can follow your delivery status using the tracking link provided in the email.

If you haven’t received a dispatch email after 5 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@epicwallart.co.uk.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If your wall art arrives damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, and credited back to your original payment method.
